What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
The Periwinkle Paperie accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site. You do not need an account with paypal to place an order with us, although it is quite easy to set up. If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, please contact The Periwinkle Paperie for assistance.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, The Periwinkle Paperie does not ship outside the U.S.
How Long Until My Items Arrive?
Items usually ship within 4-6 business days of order placement. If this is not the case you will be notified immediately. If an item has a longer lead-time, or is custom made, you will be notified.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You may give your credit card information to Pay Pal and they will place the order without a Pay Pal account.
What About Custom Orders?
At this time, The Periwinkle Paperie offers customization on our various stylish stationery (more to come). We are happy to work with you to develop a unique design, or elaborate on one of our own. At this time, we offer customized options for thank you notes and personalized stationery.

What are your Shipping Charges?
Our shipping rates are very reasonable. 1 item: $3.95, 2 items: $4.95, 3 items: $5.95, 4 or more items a flat rate of $8.95.
What Is Your Return/Refund Policy
We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it returned unused and in perfect condition within two weeks of ship receipt. The Periwinkle Paperie does not allow returns or refunds on custom stationery. We do not refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been worn or used and is no longer in new condition. The Periwinkle Paperie cannot be held responsible for missing or lost items if the item has been sent to the correct address.
For custom work, I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit up front, and the last 50% plus shipping after printing. Please contact me to set up your custom listing.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
